1. Raw Material Pretreatment System
This system crushes, screens, and dries various raw materials, such as sawdust, straw, and rice husks. The entire line is often equipped with a high-speed crusher and drum dryer to ensure uniform particle size and controllable moisture content.
2. Conveyor System
Screw conveyors, belt conveyors, and other equipment are used to transport raw materials to key nodes in an orderly manner, achieving automated flow. This system involves specialized parameters such as structural layout, safety shield design, and power matching.
3. Main Unit Molding System
The main unit of the pellet mill is the core equipment of the entire line. It utilizes alloy molds and a variable frequency control system, supporting pellet output of various sizes (6-10mm) and a production capacity ranging from 300 kg/h to 5 t/h. 4. Cooling and Screening System
Newly pressed pellets are hot and weak, so they must pass through a cooler and grading screen to ensure the final product's density, calorific value, and uniformity, meeting national standards for biomass pellet fuel.
5. Packaging and Metering System
This system automatically measures, packages, and stacks finished pellets. The entire line features intelligent control, with optional features like a quantitative weighing device, heat sealer, and palletizing robot to improve shipping efficiency.
