1. Regularly replace the lubricating oil in the gear box of the biomass pellet mill, the new machine needs to be replaced after half a month of operation, and must be replaced every 1000 hours of continuous work, so as to prolong the service life of the gears.
2. Once a week, we must carefully check whether the connecting parts of each part are loose, whether the travel safety switch is reliable, and clean up the feeding strand and tempering device to avoid mechanical failure.
3. Use high-quality ring mold, pressure roller. Eliminate the use of poor-quality ring molds with out-of-round and rough inner holes, and select the compression ratio of ring molds according to different formulas to ensure smooth material discharge from the ring molds and avoid increasing power consumption and reducing production capacity.

4. Check the wear and tear of the transmission key, reinforcing flange and hoop once every half a month, and replace them in time to avoid the ring die shaking and affecting the output.
5. Adjust the gap between ring mold and pressure roller every shift. If the machine is blocked, the pressure roller must be loosened, and the gap between the ring die and the roller must be readjusted after removing the materials on the inner wall of the ring die, and the machine must not be started forcibly, so as to avoid that the transmission parts and the bearing gears will be damaged due to the violent vibration.
