There are several things to note when disassembling the ring die of the pellet machine:

1. The die hole should be filled with oily materials before removing the ring die.

2. Loosen the clamping bolts on the cutter seat of the pellet machine and move the cutter upward.
3. Open the main door and remove the bolts on the feed hopper with an inner hexagonal wrench to remove the feed hopper.
4. It is necessary to remove the gap adjustment block and adjust the pressure roller so that the outside of the pressure roller is away from the inner wall of the ring die.
5. The ring die pellet machine and the connecting sleeve are held when removing the screen.
6. Protective measures should be taken when removing the ring die. The ring die is relatively large and heavy. It is recommended to use a crane to lift the ring die upward to avoid the loose connection between the ring die and the connecting sleeve after removing the holding screen and falling to the ground, causing losses. The connection between them is relatively tight, so use a crowbar to pry it open.
