1. The box of the machine is equipped with an oil gauge. All oil should be added once before driving. You can add oil according to the temperature rise and operation of each bearing during the process.
2. The worm gear box must store engine oil for a long time. The oil level is when the worm gear is completely immersed in the oil. If it is used frequently, it must be replaced with new oil every three months. There is an oil plug at the bottom of the box for draining oil.
3. When refueling the machine, do not let the oil overflow from the cup, let alone flow around the machine and the ground. Because oil can easily contaminate materials and affect product quality.

2. Maintenance instructions for pellet machines:
1. Check the machine parts regularly, once a month, and check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubrication block, bearings and other active parts are flexible and worn. If defects are found, they should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly.
2. The machine should be placed in a dry and clean room for use. It should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other corrosive gases to the machine body.
3. After the machine is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the bucket, and then installed properly to prepare for the next use.
4. When the drum moves back and forth during work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the M10 screw behind the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the gap so that the bearing does not make any noise, turn the pulley by hand, and tighten it appropriately. Too tight or too loose may cause damage to the machine.
5. If the machine is not used for a long time, the whole machine must be wiped clean, the smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a cloth.
