Requirements for crushing fruit tree branches:
Fruit tree branches should be dried in time after pruning to avoid rotting.
The pruned fruit tree branches should be preliminarily classified according to the growth years and thickness, and bundled and dried after being regularized.
Moisture content requirements:
After drying, fruit tree branches should be crushed in time when the moisture content reaches the following requirements. The moisture content of fruit tree branches produced for many years should be 40%-50%, the moisture content of fruit tree branches (direct ≤3cm) of the current year should be 20%-30%, and the moisture content of vines and branches with tough bark (such as mulberry branches, grape branches, etc.) should be 15%-20%;

Grinding fineness requirements:
After being crushed, fruit tree branches are generally used for fermentation mattress materials, bacterial substrates, composting, and direct return to the field. The size of the crushed particles should be limited according to the different uses of the branches after being crushed.
The requirements for the size of crushed particles for different uses are as follows:
The average particle size of the crushed particles used for fermentation mattress materials should be ≤5mm;
The average particle size of the crushed particles used for bacterial substrates should be ≤5mm;
The average particle size of the crushed particles used for composting should be ≤15mm;
The average particle size of the crushed particles used for direct return to the field should be ≤30mm.
Measurement of crushed particle size:
Take a sample of more than 50g at the discharge port, measure the length of each crushed particle one by one, and calculate the average value as the average crushed particle size. It can be taken once at the beginning, middle and end of the crushing process, and finally take the average value of 3 times.

Multiple crushing treatments:
When the fineness is not enough for the first time, the primary powder particles are crushed for the second time until the crushing fineness reaches the requirement.
